Yobaba I like this

Yobaba is a 57 year old married woman from Portland, Oregon, USA.
"Everyday, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others; to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry or think badly about others. I am going to benefit others as much as I can." - Dalai Lama

From "Seven Things to do in Iceland (now that their economy has tanked) ...
Iceland's most famous geothermal pool is the country's top tourist attraction. It might be crowded and expensive (it just got cheaper!) but there's nothing like it in the world. This huge, milky-blue spa is fed by mineral-rich heated seawater from the nearby geothermal plant. Add the silvery towers of the plant, rolling clouds of steam, and people covered in white mud, you'll think you are in the twilight zone.
I wonder if Sportacus ever shows up there?

How to Move to Canada if McCain Wins the Election

From the page: "Obama doesn't win the election. Now what? No matter how conservative the newly-elected Canadian government might be, it pales in comparison to a McPalin free-for-all market, war-mongering theocracy. Time to high-tail it up north." Nah. I'd go to NZ. I can see Fiji from there. All I can see from Canada is Alaska.

From Gavin: "Autumn is an especially busy season for Seoraksan National Park in Gangwon province, South Korea. In a year, the park sees 3 million visitors, as many as Yellowstone Park in the States. Each October, the steady stream of outdoor admirers swells to a torrent of when fall colors light up the park's jagged peaks." Gorgeous setting. Dubious snacks.

Fiji is an archipelago formed by 322 islands and 522 islets in the South Pacific. It is a paradise in the middle of the deep blue where anyone can enjoy anything that they have in mind. Up for excitement and they have the mountains to offer and the white surf to boast of. Fiji also has a diverse range of coral life to be awed by anyone who know what beauty is. The islands also make couple fall in love with each other more with the rhythm of the waves, lush trees, and ticklish white sand. Aside from its inherent splendor, the islands are inhabited by wonderful, friendly people. Forget Canada. I'm going to Fiji!
