Our kids always ate what we ate - so I had a bunch of snarky remarks lined up in review of this blog. Then I realized that, now that my kids are grown with little ones of their own, I don't really want my grandchildren eating what my grown kids eat - which is generally stuff grabbed from food joints on their way home from work (everyone has to work these days, no more stay-at-home-moms, can't afford it). So in actuality this blog has good advice. Very good advice. Sadly, I can't see either of my daughters-in-law (or my sons) going to this 'extreme' to make healthy baby food. So I do it. BTW, an immersion blender works great!
